In my time at C-Change I create accessible documents that are visually clear, easy to navigate, and suitable for a wide range of users — including people who use screen readers or have additional support needs. These are usually PDF documents that keep information concise and simple, with icons to enhance understanding. I use layout, font choice, colour contrast, structure, and readability as key priorities to ensure every document I create communicates effectively and inclusively.
